At Huha, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please ensure all products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and include the generated packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
